Chinese Chow Club

Ever fancied showing but don't know where to start ? Join us for our fun and informal Beginners to Winners days, youngsters are welcome and it's a great opportunity to ask questions. Progress through the levels or pick and choose to brush up on your knowledge and skills, the choice is yours.

The Beginners to Winners events are a new thing for the club, a way of introducing people to the show world in a relaxed way, or for people to brush up on skills.

Level 1 covers all the basics including how to find shows online, completing entry forms, what happens at a show and demonstrations of what to do in the ring. Bring along your chow and you can have a go at handling in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Level 2 will cover grooming and show preparation, feel free to groom your own chow on the day there'll be plenty of friendly guidance on hand to help you if you need it.

Level 3 will involve a talk from an experienced Handler/Exhibitor giving lots of usefull advice and tips and of course there will be the opportunity to ask questions. We are now taking bookings.
